As we work to provide valuable insights into COVID-19 immune response

If you are 18 years of age or older, we invite you to join our COVID-19 research study on immunity as we work towards understanding the differences in each person's immune response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. As everyone makes unique antibodies to this virus, this study will allow Serimmune to examine how these differences may be important to immunity, length of immunity, and its impact on the severity of symptoms one might experience.

In the less than 20 minutes it takes to register, you will not only be assisting us with COVID-19 immunity research, but you will also receive a comprehensive personalized antibodies report that will allow you to track your personal immune response over time

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Everyone who is 18 and older and living in the United States is eligible to participate. Whether you are vaccinated, unvaccinated, have had COVID-19, or have not, all are welcome to join our study! The greater the diversity of individuals that join our study, the better we will be able to learn about immune response.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

It takes less than 20 minutes to register for the study.

Registration will include:

Watching a 5-minute video
Signing a consent form
Taking a short health survey

To ensure protection of your privacy, your medical information will be kept separate from any personal identifiers, and no personal information will be shared with outside parties.

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

You will receive a COVID-19 antibodies report after each sample collection. This personalized report will show your unique antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 based on our technology.

We provide results on the following:

Your total SARS-CoV-2 antibody score
Your antibody score compared to vaccination and natural infection
Your antibody score compared to an acute or recent COVID-19 infection
Your personal antibody response as compared to those that have experienced mild, moderate, severe COVID-19 or vaccination

Additionally, should you choose to continue in our study, your subsequent reports will show your change in antibody score over time, allowing you to track your personal immune response.

HOW IS A SAMPLE COLLECTED?

Following registration, Serimmune will ship a sample collection kit to your home to allow for ease, privacy and convenience. The sample collection device will collect your blood in a virtually painless and easy way. The collection device sticks to your upper arm, allowing a small lancet to prick the surface of your skin when the button is pushed. People have reported less pain with this collection device compared to a finger prick and standard blood collection with a needle.

HOW LONG WILL THE STUDY LAST?

While our study will continue for up to 5 years, you may choose to discontinue at any point. There is no commitment needed from your end. Should you choose to continue, we will automatically send you a new collection kit every 6 months for the duration of the study.
